Responsibilities
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
* Coordinate donor stewardship activities, including preparing correspondence, gift documentation, and recognition materials.
* Process and reconcile expenses, maintain donor and estate records, and support database management and reporting.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics while providing general administrative support to the Planned Giving team.
* Serve as a liaison with internal campus partners to support donor engagement and ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with expense processing and record management.
* Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in a professional environment.
* Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
Preferred:
* Experience supporting fundraising, advancement, nonprofit, or higher education operations.
* Familiarity with donor, gift, or constituent relationship management (CRM) databases.
* Experience coordinating meetings, events, or stewardship activities for internal or external stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze and organize data, prepare reports, and work effectively with diverse campus partners.

Pay Rate: $5,475.00/month (exempt from overtime).
