Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist for a direct hire opportunity in Irvine, CA. This full-time Receptionist role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors, callers, customers, and office guests while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, deliveries, appointments, and calendars.
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, record maintenance, and general clerical support.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Assist office staff with daily administrative needs and basic customer inquiries.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $39,733 to $43,699 per year.
