We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join a Legal Operations team in Irvine, California on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can keep agreement workflows organized, communicate effectively across departments, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment. The role supports day-to-day contract administration by helping requests move efficiently from intake through signature and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the intake of new agreement requests, ensuring each submission is documented accurately and directed to the appropriate stakeholders for review.
• Coordinate with business partners to gather missing information, secure approvals, and obtain signatures so contracts continue progressing without unnecessary delays.
• Administer contract execution activities through electronic signature platforms such as Docu Sign, monitoring each step from preparation to completion.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date contract data within Salesforce and related document management tools to support reliable recordkeeping.
• Monitor the status of active agreements and share timely progress updates with internal teams regarding pending actions and completion timelines.
• Partner with legal, operational, and cross-functional contacts to keep contract processes aligned with business deadlines and service expectations.
• Organize and preserve contract files within the repository so documents remain accessible, complete, and easy to retrieve.
• Contribute to additional Legal Operations assignments and special projects as business needs evolve.
