Admin Assistant (Entry-Level Marketing) or Executive Assistant
Huge Ape is an adult entertainment-focused company that specializes in aggressive online marketing and creative development. We partner and work with some of the biggest and best brands in the adult industry in marketing/branding, corporate development, and joint venture projects.
We are seeking an entry‑level part‑time Admin or Executive Assistant who can grow with the company. The role reports directly to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and supports general operations, sales/marketing support, and day‑to‑day administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including campaign research for markets such as VR and cannabis.
- Perform general administrative support: diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, call handling, and confidentiality.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Collect, compile, and prepare information for CMO reports, presentations, briefs, and memorandums.
- Maintain accurate digital files and knowledge of office management systems.
- Support social media, blogging, and photo editing tasks as required.
- Communicate with remote staff and coordinate logistics with flexibility in local travel.
- Produce schedules, reports, and other written communications.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong writing skills; ability to draft creative content such as video scene descriptions.
- Knowledge of hashtags and social media engagement practices.
- Experience as an administrative assistant in a professional environment.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and readiness to adopt new office technology.
- Fluent in English with exemplary verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage daily workload efficiently.
- Background in executive assistance or secretarial roles preferred.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential.
- Comfortable working with adult entertainment content and the cannabis industry.
- Criminal background check clearance required.
- University degree; a personal assistant qualification is an advantage.
- Entry‑level positions are part‑time with potential to transition to full‑time; salary history is requested.
