Administrator - Facilities & Support Team

Hyundai's North America Quality Center (NAQC) is looking for an Administrator for the Facilities and Support Team.

The Team

NAQC is the quality arm for Hyundai Motor Group (HMG)'s North American vehicle models. NAQC seeks to further Hyundai's goal of becoming the leading automotive manufacturer in North America by delivering uncompromising quality and exceeding consumer expectations.

The Position

The Administrator Facilities & Support Teams role ensures the smooth operation of a company's business environment, budgets, and services. This position involves overseeing vehicle fleet tracking, purchasing/billing/expense upkeep, and logistical aspects of office spaces. Administrator Facilities & Support Teams are responsible for managing relationships with vendors, handling space allocation, and coordinating special events. The role requires a blend of organizational skills and an attention to detail, as it encompasses a variety of tasks that contribute to creating and maintaining an efficient, safe, and pleasant working environment.

  • Up to 10% travel (domestic and international)
What You Will Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks while responding to frequent inquiries
  • Rehearsed in Microsoft Suite Programs (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.) & Adobe experience is a plus
