Office Administrator

Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Duties
  • Greet all guests and responsible for creating a warm welcoming experience.
  • Oversee the appearance of the reception desk and conference rooms; ensuring they are always presentable and ready to welcome visitors, interview candidates, and VIP guests.
  • Manage guest security badges; documenting check-out and check-in.
  • Maintain supply inventories for the kitchen and office supply rooms.
  • Screen, provide office access, and direct all vendors making deliveries.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages.
  • Strong Excel skills, responsible for managing a project document that includes inputting data and formatting the spreadsheet.
  • Experience in scheduling, vetting, and communicating with hospitality vendors to procure the following services (catering, hotel reservations, parking, event planning, breakout rooms).
  • Experience in dealing with corporate expense accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple documents for projects from multiple vendors.
  • Ability to create your own process for project execution without being given a workflow.
  • Ability to take direction verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently.
  • Ability to self-motivate.
  • Skill in managing or leading projects.
  • Ability to read documents in detail and comprehend what is written.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to time manage and be prepared for meetings and give proper updates succinctly.
  • Ability to multitask for event execution.
Qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for client projects.
  • Capable of ensuring data integrity throughout the project document.
  • Experienced in maintaining a structured document format for ease of use and clarity.
  • Adept at collaborating with team members to gather necessary data and input it accurately into the project document.
