Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Associate - Office
Supports the operations management leadership team by performing administrative and reporting functions integral to the day to day management of assigned office properties. Exhibits superior customer service in all communication with customers as the initial point of contact.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer service calls and requests, answering phone, distributing mail and preparing email and regular mail, verifying phone and voice mail systems, activating and deactivating access cards, maintaining a key sign-in/out log for outside vendors, ensuring the management office is presentable, maintaining office/kitchen supplies and inventory, maintaining and distributing security passdown logs, maintaining and distributing janitorial logs, creating general notices and communications to customers, monitoring customer service requests, supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable, coordinating with service providers, completing general filing, coordinating Conference Center usage, assisting with move-ins and move-outs, updating databases, spreadsheets, and directories, reviewing and auditing customer insurance certificates, maintaining compliance, maintaining vacant suites and marketing materials, managing the new and existing employee hiring process, and assisting operations management team in facilitating customer events.
Preferred education:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum qualifications include professional appearance and demeanor, business writing capability, organized and self-motivated, calm in emergency situations, ability to thrive and multi-task in fast-paced environment, punctual with attendance and dependable work ethic, zero to two years of relevant work experience, proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks, and customer service focused.
Compensation:
Base pay range: $26.54 - $34.52. The company also offers competitive benefits for full time employees including paid time off, matching 401(k), and health benefits.
