Administrative Support Role
This role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient operation and communication within the design studio. The role demands a proactive, organized, and resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

PreferredSkills & Qualifications
- Start-up experience.
- Experience with direct communication and being thick-skinned.
- Experience in supporting senior leadership.
- Provide full calendar and scheduling management for the Chief Design Officer.
- Respond to urgent tasks and keep the team informed of changes.
- Coordinate with the Office of the CEO and other Senior Leader EAs.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Support studio events and visitor management.
