This role is part-time (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8am-5pm and Fridays, 8am-12pm).

Responsibilities

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Administer and coordinate the University's Religious Exception process, ensuring compliance with UC and campus policies.
  • Oversee immunization records, data quality, and compliance activities for the Student Health Center.
  • Lead and coordinate projects related to immunization quality improvement and operational initiatives.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with campus departments and healthcare staff to support immunization-related programs and policy implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using systems such as Point and Click (PNC), Docu Sign, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience coordinating administrative or health-related programs involving compliance, records management, or project coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, analyze information, and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Point and Click (PNC), Docu Sign, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English.
