About the RoleOur client, a well-established real estate company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support during a leave of absence. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast‑paced, professional environment and partner closely with senior leadership. The role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to executive leadership
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize conflicting requests
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Support meeting coordination, including agendas, materials, and notes
- Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with special projects, events, and team initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior leaders
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a fast‑paced corporate environment is a plus
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with expense and travel tools (e.g., Concur) preferred
- Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
- Someone who takes initiative and anticipates needs
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- A team player who can build relationships across the organization

Pay TransparencyThe compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certification requirements, office location and geographic considerations, and organizational needs. As required by local law, the salary range is indicated in this posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's retirement plan.
