Job Details
Part‑time (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8am‑5pm and Fridays, 8am‑12pm).
Pay Rate: $29.40 per hour.
Your Role on the Team- Administer and coordinate the University’s Religious Exception process, ensuring compliance with UC and campus policies.
- Oversee immunization records, data quality, and compliance activities for the Student Health Center.
- Lead and coordinate projects related to immunization quality improvement and operational initiatives.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with campus departments and healthcare staff to support immunization‑related programs and policy implementation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using systems such as Point and Click (PNC), Docu Sign, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience coordinating administrative or health‑related programs involving compliance, records management, or project coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, analyze information, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Point and Click (PNC), Docu Sign, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English.
- Provide proof of work authorization.
