** Responsibilities for Executive Assistant*

* · Manage and prioritize the CDO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and serving as the primary gatekeeper for all calendar requests.
· Coordinate weekly meeting priorities with Operations support staff and present recommendations for scheduling alignment each Tuesday.
· Adapt schedules proactively to accommodate urgent cross-functional meetings and frequent CEO calendar changes, ensuring the CDO remains aligned with leadership priorities.
· Provide administrative support, including arranging and adjusting travel through Navan, managing monthly expense reports in Coupa, and coordinating external meetings.
· Partner closely with the Office of the CEO and senior leader EAs to manage scheduling changes, leadership meetings, and communication across executive teams.
· Prepare and maintain recurring meeting materials, including design review agendas and concise meeting notes with follow-up summaries for leadership teams.
· Support daily executive operations, including morning readiness, lunch coordination when onsite, and sending end-of-day recaps covering schedule updates, travel, and key leadership changes
· Coordinate studio events and visitor management, including catering arrangements, VIP guest reception, NDA compliance, and Design Studio access procedures.
· Serve as a key communication hub, collaborating with EA networks and support teams to provide updates on leadership travel, meetings, and organizational priorities.

This Executive Assistant position is Onsite. This role may require flexibility in work hours, including occasional extended hours to support operational demands.

** Pay Details:** $51.00 to $49.00 per hour
