Your Role on the Team

Under general supervision, the employee works on operational and/or procedural assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving procedural issues. Tasks involve handling confidential information and making recommendations to improve processes and procedures. This position is not covered by the Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act (HEERA) because it is confidential.

What It Takes to be Successful
  • Experience with administrative procedures including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications, calendar management, and customer service.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and time management skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
Total Compensation

Pay Rate: $23.30/hour – $29.40/hour
