Coordinate donor stewardship reporting projects by reviewing impact statements, formatting reports in Microsoft Word, and ensuring high-quality final documents. Manage donor mailing lists, maintain CRM (Zot Force) data, and perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Provide executive-level administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling, correspondence, and special projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support donor communications and stewardship initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including proofreading and editing abilities. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and experience maintaining databases or CRM systems. Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. Preferred:
Experience supporting donor relations, advancement, development, or nonprofit operations. Executive administrative support experience. Experience using Zot Force or a comparable CRM/database system.

Pay Rate: $5,475.00/month (exempt from overtime). Conditions of Employment:
