Your Role on the Team Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Administer and coordinate the University's Religious Exception process, ensuring compliance with UC and campus policies. Oversee immunization records, data quality, and compliance activities for the Student Health Center. Lead and coordinate projects related to immunization quality improvement and operational initiatives. Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance program effectiveness. Collaborate with campus departments and healthcare staff to support immunization-related programs and policy implementation.

Maintain accurate records and documentation using systems such as Point and Click (PNC), Docu Sign, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. What It Takes to be Successful

Required:

Experience coordinating administrative or health-related programs involving compliance, records management, or project coordination. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, analyze information, and implement process improvements. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with Point and Click (PNC), Docu Sign, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English.
