Your Role on the Team
- Coordinate donor stewardship reporting projects by reviewing impact statements, formatting reports in Microsoft Word, and ensuring high-quality final documents.
- Manage donor mailing lists, maintain CRM (Zot Force) data, and perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling, correspondence, and special projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support donor communications and stewardship initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including proofreading and editing abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and experience maintaining databases or CRM systems.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
- Experience supporting donor relations, advancement, development, or nonprofit operations.
- Executive administrative support experience.
- Experience using Zot Force or a comparable CRM/database system.
- Experience with KFS or similar financial systems.

Pay Rate: $5,475.00/month (exempt from overtime).
