Executive Assistant job at Eaton Corporation. Irvine, CA. The Executive Assistant will offer full support to an executive. The role requires an organized, proactive, and detail‑focused individual capable of handling various tasks efficiently and professionally.

This is a part‑time position requiring 25 hours per week, with benefits included. This position is based out of the Eaton Irvine California office 3 days per week.

The expected hourly range for this role is $50.00-$67.50 hourly. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

No relocation is offered for this position. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of the Irvine, CA Eaton location to be considered. Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Essential Functions
  • Administrative Support
    • Calendar management
    • Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical
    • Liaison with Board Administrators to schedule meetings, manage board related materials, board expenses and travel
    • Conduct research and provide summaries on various topics as requested
    • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive
    • Manage incoming and outgoing email and document correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow‑up
  • Travel and Logistics
    • Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation
    • Research and arrange travel – including entry requirements, cellular phone plan changes, hotel, air fare, cancellations, penalties, etc.
  • Personal Management
    • Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and other personal activities
    • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications
    • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution
    • Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting a senior executive, providing both personal and professional assistance
    • Demonstrated experience managing scheduling, budgets and global travel
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
    • Demonstrated organization and time‑management skills
