Position: Workplace Experience Coordinator (30 hrs p/wk)
CBRE -  - Responsibilities:
Provide professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, guests, and business partners;
Greet visitors, coordinate arrivals, prepare meeting spaces, maintain reception areas;
Serve as the primary on-site workplace resource, support employees with office needs;
Coordinate meetings, events, room readiness, catering, AV, deliveries, shipping, receiving, and post-event resets;
Maintain pantry and office supplies; monitor inventory and purchasing controls
