Facilities Administrator
Silvus is seeking a Facilities Administrator to support the day-to-day facilities operations across our Southern California and Utah locations. This role will report to and work closely with the Office Manager to ensure all locations are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. This position plays a key role in securing and coordinating vendors, maintaining facility readiness, supporting workplace operations, and assisting with ongoing projects and site expansions.
The position is full-time, on-site daily, Monday through Friday, and is based at our headquarters in West Los Angeles, with occasional travel to other Southern California locations as needed.

Role and Responsibilities- Serve as the first responder for all facilities-related concerns, supporting daily operations across multiple office and production spaces to ensure areas are functional, clean, and well-maintained.
- Secure and coordinate with service vendors to schedule visits, track progress, and ensure timely completion of work. Own processes tied to obtaining building permission and after-hours access.
- Obtain/Maintain Certificates of Insurance for all locations.
- Own and investigate occurrences tied to urgent facilities matters.
- Support office moves, space planning updates, and workstation setup/teardown.
- Liaise with building management and vendors for facility-related requests, including maintenance, access, and building services.
- Track and manage work orders, service requests, and ongoing facilities requests.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs of spaces to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, or operational gaps.
- Support implementation of workplace policies and procedures related to facilities and safety.
- Assist with emergency response coordination and facilities-related compliance requirements as needed.
- Travel to other company locations (Culver City warehouse, Irvine, San Diego) as needed to support facilities operations and projects.
- Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in facilities, office operations, workplace services, or a similar role.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
- Capability for critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel among sites.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
- All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.
- Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Walking/Moving around office and warehouse environments.
- Indoor air-conditioned facility.
Compensation: $34 - $35 / hourly
