Chapman University’s Schmid College of Science and Technology is seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide higher-level administrative and operational support to its Student Success team. This pivotal role is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making through comprehensive data analysis, visualization, and organization, directly contributing to the college’s strategic goals. Additionally, the Coordinator will enhance the college’s outreach and communication efforts by developing professional visual materials, including event flyers and digital graphics.
