Project Manager / Operations Coordinator Company Overview
Our client is a early-stage medical device company. As the organization continues to build its in-house manufacturing and cleanroom capabilities, they are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager / Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple initiatives.
- Provide regular project status updates and maintain project documentation using tools such as Smartsheet and Excel.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
- Support facilities-related activities, including office maintenance, vendor coordination, workspace organization, and general site management.
- Assist with inventory and supply management for office and operational needs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials using Microsoft Office applications.
- Serve as a resource to employees by helping maintain an organized, efficient, and productive work environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows and business needs evolve.
- Experience in project coordination, office management, operations, or administrative support roles.
- Experience in technical project management on a medical device or engineering team.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.
- Proven ability to provide regular updates and keep stakeholders informed on project progress.
- Experience supporting facilities, office operations, inventory management, or vendor relationships is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities.
