Anticipated Pay Range $24.00-$26.00

Chapman University is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Salary offers are determined based on the final candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as internal equity and other internal factors.

This position coordinates accommodated testing for the Disability Services department, ensuring accurate implementation of approved ADA /504 accommodations. This position will focus on coordinating midterm and final examinations for the Fowler School of Law and extended hours within the testing center. Responsibilities include exam scheduling, testing room coordination, test proctoring, records management, data tracking, and maintaining test security and integrity in compliance with faculty instructions and university policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive students, faculty, and other individuals at front desk of the testing center. This includes, answering phone calls, collecting drop-off paperwork, and exam materials, and monitoring the testing center e-mail correspondence.
• Coordinate and proctor testing accommodations; this includes scheduling exams, booking testing room space, monitoring test takers, keeping accurate records/statistical data, ensuring test security and integrity, and complying with faculty instructions and approved ADA accommodation for Fowler School of Law and extended hours on Orange campus.
• Collaborate with Fowler School of Law personnel such as the law registrar, IS&T, and Associate Deans to ensure updated law school policies and procedures with proctoring accommodated…
