HR Coordinator​/Project Manager

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a HR Coordinator/ Project Manager in Orange County. This is an on-site position. Monday
- Friday 8am- 5pm Pay range: $35-45 per hour DOE

• Interview Coordination:
  Schedule and coordinate phone screens, virtual meetings, and on-site interviews across multiple calendars.
• Candidate
  
  Experience:
  
  Guide candidates through the interview process, answer questions, and ensure smooth communication.
• Logistics & Travel:
  Arrange candidate travel, lodging, and meal accommodations when required.
• System Management:
  Maintain applicant tracking systems
  - Oracle with accurate candidate statuses and interview notes.
• Process Support:
  Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate intake meetings and general administrative workflows.
• Project Management- special projects

1–3 years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern scheduling tools.)
• Communication:
  Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
