• Diagnose and repair European, Asian, and American vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche, Land Rover, Mini, etc.).
• Flag hours efficiently and accurately.
• Work alongside a supportive team of technicians and service advisors.
• Contribute to a positive, drama-free shop culture.

• $45 – $70/hour (based on experience and certifications)
• 20% bonus on every flagged labor hour
• Flat Rate + Guaranteed Hours – never stress about slow weeks
• Expected 40–45 billed hours/week
• No weekends – enjoy your family time
• $1,000 referral bonus (paid after 60 days when your referral is hired)

• 3+ years of hands-on technician experience (Euro experience a plus, not required)
