• Ability to Dispatch work and lead a team
• Comfortable Lead Flagging technical position
• Minimum 5 years experience (dealer or independent; Euro not required)
• Strong teamwork spirit & positive attitude
• Efficient, accurate, and motivated to hit goals
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to honesty, integrity, and a drama-free workplace
• Strong Diagnostic and System Testing Skills
