Automotive Recall/Campaign Reimbursement Analyst needed to work in the Customer Care Department for Automotive America, Inc. (Automotive Distributor) in Irvine, CA.

This role is best-suited for someone with experience working in automotive service or repair (e.g. dealership or aftermarket). A preferred candidate is someone who wants to pursue a career working for an automotive distributor or is interested in transitioning into an office work environment. This position is a unique introduction into the business operations of an automotive distributor, including warranty administration and customer service.

Candidates may expect to gain valuable experience managing administrative tasks in a large corporate work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer requests for reimbursement of repair (parts and labor) expenses.
• Analyze repair orders and Automotive’s Technical Service Bulletins to determine if services rendered are consistent with the condition and/or causal parts listed within a given Technical Service Bulletin
• Contact dealership and third-party repair facilities to validate or seek additional information regarding repairs performed
• Contactvehicleowners directly to request additional information regarding reimbursement requests and, to provide updates on the status of reimbursement requests
