- Support and assist in championing QA programs, services, communication, and initiatives across QA and cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, contributing to the quality of all deliverables, workflows, and relationships across various platforms and products.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of automated test suites using prevalent coding languages under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Contribute to the utilization of existing automation framework(s) to design, develop, modify, and execute automated testing, and analyze or debug outcomes.
- Participate in efforts to improve the functionality and user‑friendliness of automation frameworks through collaboration and requirement solicitation.
- Assist in executing Performance Testing tasks, including reviewing plans, scripting, executing tests, and interpreting results.
- Contribute to the establishment of automation standards incorporating learned Key Performance Indicators to assess and report on software quality across diverse platforms.
- Assist in researching, advocating, and implementing productivity tools and strategies to enhance quality workflows.
- Collaborate in upholding quality across all domains, ensuring requirements and risks are consistently addressed throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support projects and initiatives with regional teams, cross‑functional partners, and QA teams. Assist in ensuring project tracking tools and documentation adhere to team standards and remain current.
- Provide support and leadership to the assigned team, ensuring their performance is managed effectively and fostering a productive, positive, collaborative work culture.
- Embrace and implement best practices, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure software quality, reliability, and availability.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and advancements in data engineering, actively participating in professional development opportunities.
- Provide support to the quality engineering team, assisting in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or a related role.
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Experience using tools/frameworks to maintain and execute automation for APIs and websites, performance, and load testing.
- High School diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. - Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic familiarity with automation testing tools such as JEST, Cypress, or Puppeteer.
- Exposure to end‑to‑end test automation across Backend, UI, and Mobile Applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops practices, as well as continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to own and handle multiple projects simultaneously and produce tangible results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Experience with C#, C++.
- Cloud Experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with Linux, VMs, Docker containers and Bash/shell scripts.
