Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: 5 days on-site in St. Louis, MO

Duration: Direct-hire Opportunity

• Monitor various inboxes and address the needs of our internal customer base, primarily sales and sales leaders
• Query data for various ad-hoc data needs
• Identify and analyze trends to present to peers and managers
• Eesign, develop, and deploy various KPIs to track Service Quality, Productivity, Frequency, and Severity, along with developing reports to track new initiatives, annual performance goals, and provide analysis for recent results
• Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects and ad-hoc requests each week, prioritize the various tasks for each project, communicate effectively on the progress made during the week or explain the challenges that are impacting a deadline and estimate when that project can be delivered

• Experience in a traditional data or analytics corporate environment
• Ability to learn new methodologies, databases, analytical tools and Ad Hoc reports.
• Excellent skills in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Tableau and SQL skills (Tableau/SQL certification is a plus)
• Some experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
• Ability to analyze, organize and shift priorities to meet the needs you your manager/supervisor
