Join the Digital Finance team as an Associate Manager and work alongside Marketing, Digital, Insights & Analytics, and Operations. You will support the financial and strategic aspects of Taco Bell’s e‑commerce channel and loyalty program, helping to drive Customer Annual Value and restaurant profit through loyalty initiatives and digital‑exclusive products. Responsibilities include leading financial analysis of the program, designing and assessing A/B tests, crafting strategy, and contributing to program design decisions.
You will also develop insights into customer behavior and partner cross‑functionally to deliver data‑driven recommendations that maximize sales and profit for the digital business. This role offers a dynamic starting point with potential growth into leadership positions across Taco Bell and Yum brands.
- Partner cross‑functionally to share financial insight while helping the team develop holistic recommendations for digital offers and promotions
- Develop a deep understanding of key customer segments to help reach them with attractive promotional offers that drive incremental sales & profit
- Craft strategies and build business cases to support profitable loyalty growth
- Create national sales forecasts of unique and innovative digital‑exclusive products
- Summarize financial insights to advise cross‑functional stakeholders on financial and strategic recommendations
- BA required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
- MBA a strong plus
- 4+ years relevant work experience (Corporate Finance, analytical/insights‑driven roles, Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.)
- Experience working with large data sets and associated analytics tools/techniques (e.g., SQL, Python) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) – a strong plus
- Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, and logical thinking
- High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Desire to have a large impact on our organization with a can‑do attitude
- Ability to work through ambiguity, making logical assumptions to manage risk with many unknowns
- Superb interpersonal skills; able to work well in a team environment and partner cross‑functionally
- Desire to lead and mentor other team members; passionate about sharing skills and growing people
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence cross‑functional stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi‑task in a complex, fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Hybrid work schedule (onsite expectation Tues, Wed, Thurs) and year‑round flex day Friday

Salary Range: $115,800 to $128,600 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
