As Sr Director of Sales FSOP, you'll lead the charge in annual channel planning, driving strategic opportunities and scalable solutions for our partners and distributors. Collaborate with the National Sales team to align our energy-packed portfolio with Food service and On Premise goals, ensuring Monster Energy's unstoppable growth and electrifying impact.
The Impact You'll Make- Own the annual channel planning process, including defining and quantifying sources of growth, providing overarching direction on key strategic commercialization opportunities, and delivering scalable solutions to the Monster Energy system.
- Lead development and commercialization of assigned channels and collaborate with our partners channel teams as necessary to incorporate into our distributors system tools.
- Create selling deck and stewardship tools to support sell-in and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Manage partners distribution and programs incentives & budgets for the distribution system to ensure successful utilization of these programs by the field teams.
- Perform channel level situation assessment to identify key long and short term strategic channel/customer commercialization opportunities through research, insights and sales team input. Identify execution capacity for highest leverage opportunities/initiatives.
- Collaborate with region commercial and bottler/distributor commercial teams to develop solutions to commercialize strategic brand initiatives and secure priority points of interruptions.
- Assist in the stewardship of the annual customer planning process with sales leads, including conducting key planning sessions (National Sales Meeting) and assisting with development of short and long term customer marketing plans to support portfolio and brand growth targets.
- Collaborate with brands and category management to develop category based selling stories for programs and package launches. Ensure sales materials are tailored to relevant customer/channel organizations.
- Collaborate with Monster Energy and bottler/distributor program leads to incorporate proof of value (POV) on relevant price package plans for commercial plans.
- Align system on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and develop scorecard against performance of assigned channels.
- Prefer a Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales and Marketing or related field of study
- Experience Desired:
More than 7 years of experience in Consumer packaged goods (CPG), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or the beverage industry - Additional Experience Desired:
More than 5 years of experience in calling on retailers and/or distributors and experience in Monster Energy Sales - Computer Skills Desired:
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $135,000 - $180,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
