We're The Estate Lawyers—litigators who protect trustees from getting sued and beneficiaries from getting screwed. We're growing fast and need a Business Development Manager to build and run a best-in-class professional referral ecosystem across California.

This is a relationship-first, execution-driven role working with attorneys, professional fiduciaries, CPAs, and financial advisors who trust us with their most complex contested matters.

  • Not a consumer marketing role
  • No paid ads, SEO, or intake management
  • This is B2B referral growth inside professional services

What You'll Do
  • Build and execute a structured B2B referral strategy

  • Gently herd 12+ attorneys to maximize their circles of influence
  • Create systems, SOPs, and dashboards that make everyone's job easier

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in business development within professional services
  • Proven success building B2B referral relationships
  • Experience managing long-cycle, relationship-driven pipelines
  • Comfort working with senior professionals (attorneys, partners, executives)
  • Strong communication, organization, and reporting discipline
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • Full-time | Exempt | Hybrid
