  • KPI & Profitability Oversight
    • Support recurring KPI and financial performance reviews for non-group accounts (margin, accessorials, claims exposure, cost-to-serve)
    • Identify and flag margin risks, scope drift, and operational exceptions ; coordinate corrective action tracking with Commercial/Operations/Finance owners
    • Support contract control mechanisms that protect against unscoped work (rate triggers, thresholds, pass-through rules) by validating alignment between contract terms and actual execution
  • Operating Model/Process Improvement
    • Coordinate with Operations and functional owners to confirm contract requirements align to capability, SOPs, and execution readiness
    • Support implementation of scalable processes that improve governance, billing accuracy, and performance reporting (scope intake, change control, KPI review cadence)
    • Collect gaps and pain points from stakeholders and consolidate mitigation actions (resourcing, SOP, systems/reporting enhancements)
  • Management Reporting
    • Support recurring management reporting for Emerging (non-HMG) accounts developing PowerPoint-ready executive summaries and Excel-based reporting packs covering contract status, governance health, KPI/volume trends, and profitability
    • Maintain standardized dashboards and an issues/actions/decisions log; provide both high-level leadership views and deeper-dive analysis (exceptions, margin drivers, scope drift), escalating execution and profitability risks with recommended next steps in partnership with Commercial, Operations, Finance
  • Respond to urgent ad-hoc data or document requests, delivering clear, timely outputs
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and propose comprehensive templates or workflow enhancements
  • Assist in periodic process reviews, gathering feedback, and updating standard operating procedures
