Qcells Service Solutions (QSS) is the residential solar asset operations and maintenance arm of Qcells. QSS establishes design standards and installation guidelines for EnFin TPO, delivers specialized quality‑assurance review services, and proactively monitors all assets to ensure timely issue resolution. This approach maximizes homeowner experience, system performance, and capital investor value.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Set strategic goals and oversee the risk organization in the areas of vendor management and procurement strategy to ensure cost‑effectiveness, compliance, and quality outcomes.
- Select, negotiate, and manage third‑party vendor relationships, including construction inspection firms, fund control providers, and professional service partners.
- Lead procurement operations, policies, and procedures to align with organizational objectives and industry regulations.
- Implement and manage vendor performance review processes, driving accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with executive leadership to assess business needs, mitigate risk, and develop procurement solutions that support growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee fund control and disbursement processes to ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to evaluate procurement technology, implement process enhancements, and strengthen vendor management systems.
- Provide thought leadership in risk management, cost control, and vendor selection strategies.
- Support acquisitions by evaluating vendor contracts, procurement practices, and operational risks, and integrating them into organizational standards.
- Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert for vendor‑related disputes, negotiations, and strategic decisions.
- Maintain regular communication with company departments and teams both locally and globally.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Head of QSS or senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 15+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, construction risk management, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, vendor oversight, and portfolio/risk management.
- Demonstrated success managing large budgets, fund control processes, and vendor compliance.
- Strong background in procurement technology, financial systems, and operational tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross‑functionally and drive organizational change.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication capabilities.
- Advanced computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify, build, and develop key strategic partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism, judgment, and executive presence.
