We are currently building a localized operations team to further enhance product efficiency, user experience, and overall platform performance. If you have solid e-commerce operations experience, are comfortable building systems from 0 to 1 or scaling them from 1 to N, and are eager to take ownership in a fast-growing platform business, this role offers high impact and strong growth potential.

As an E-commerce Operations Manager, you will take ownership of one or more product categories and manage the end-to-end sourcing and operations lifecycle
, including:
- Own full-cycle category operations, including product selection, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, sales execution, and post-performance review.
- Be accountable for key category metrics such as GMV, gross margin, inventory turnover, and overall category performance.
- Develop clear category strategies and phased growth plans aligned with platform positioning and target user profiles, driving categories from onboarding to scalable growth.
- Proactively source and engage domestic and international suppliers and brand partners, building long-term and stable partnerships.
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, including cooperation models, pricing, payment terms, rebates, and other commercial conditions.
- Manage ongoing relationships with multiple brands or suppliers, coordinating product launches, inventory planning, promotional support, and issue resolution.
- Oversee the full operational process from product onboarding and listing to conversion and sales optimization.
- Continuously optimize SKU mix, pricing strategies, promotional plans, and product lifecycle management based on data insights and market feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; all majors welcome (background in e-commerce, business, marketing, or supply chain is a plus).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, either on a platform side or brand side, with the ability to independently manage categories or projects.
- Strong understanding of core e-commerce operating principles, including products, pricing, inventory, conversion, and user experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (working languages);
Spanish proficiency is a plus. - Highly responsible, execution-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
