The Senior Product Manager
- Ecommerce Customer Engagement is responsible for driving the innovation and prioritization of Taco Bell’s Mobile App and Web customer experience across, but not limited to: customer authentication and onboarding, loyalty and rewards/offers, customer marketing and personalization capabilities and post-order care & feedback. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, loyalty, technology and customer care to identify feasible, viable, and desirable opportunities and develop a roadmap aligned with business needs.

The Senior Product Manager will have an eye for detail and the ability to spot opportunities and synergies across products/projects as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience building and executing a strategic roadmap of capabilities and related initiatives in areas of responsibility.
  • Prior experience in Ecommerce preferred, and loyalty a plus!
  • Experience in integrating and scaling solutions and working with engineering/QA teams throughout the entire product/software lifecycle
  • Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence, and agile methodologies/scrum ceremonies
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to solve problems, using structured methodologies (customer journey mapping, design thinking, business process design, A/B testing, etc.)
  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder communications and involvement as well as run product team meetings

Salary Range: $133,700- $165,165 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
