As a Senior Buyer, you'll procure goods and services cost‑effectively and timely. You'll develop relationships, negotiate contracts, and work closely with suppliers to maintain inventory levels. You'll maintain a lean inventory, implement cost‑saving strategies, and ensure planning data integrity. Managing key supplier relationships to ensure on‑time delivery of goods and services.

• Leading initiatives to reduce expenses, and developing annual plans for continuous cost reduction improvements with suppliers
• Developing, maintaining and strengthening supplier relationships through effective contract negotiation, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Ensuring that planning parameters within the procurement software system support lean inventory requirements
• Mentoring less experienced buyers to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and developing their skills

• Supplier performance Knowledge – Possess in‑depth knowledge of purchasing, procurement, supplier management supply chain management and strategic procurement implementation.

• The base pay for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year depending on the geographic market.
• Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
