Brand & Product Manager – Irvine, CA (Full-Time, In-Person)

We’re building a fast, sharp, in-person product team in Orange County — and are looking for someone who can help create, launch, and scale digital products that impact thousands and generate multi–7 to 8 figures.

You’ll help build products, communities, coaching programs, customer experiences, and internal systems that make our offers world‑class. If you love turning ideas into structured products, organizing chaos, and leading teams toward excellence — you’ll thrive here.

• Build and structure digital products, offers, and communities
• Coordinate product launches and manage timelines and deliverables
• Oversee customer experience and support workflows
• Improve processes and ensure operational excellence
• Collaborate with leadership to bring new ideas to life
• Track progress and resolve execution challenges
• Maintain high standards for product quality and performance

• Understand people: engagement, buying, and user behavior
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable on camera and confident communicating
• Ambitious, driven, and willing to take ownership

Profit Share: Performance-based
