We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for ’s U.S. operations. Based in Irvine, CA, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, optimize costs, and ensure supply chain resilience. This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical acumen, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to support ’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing:
Develop category strategies for key spend areas (e.g., logistics, IT, marketing, operations) to drive cost savings, innovation, and risk mitigation. - Supplier Management:
Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including RFx, contract negotiation, supplier selection, and performance evaluation. - Cost Optimization:
Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis, competitive bidding, and value engineering without compromising quality. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Finance, Legal, Marketing) to align procurement strategies with business goals. - Risk Management:
Proactively assess supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity. - Compliance & Sustainability:
Ensure adherence to ’s procurement policies, ethical standards, and sustainability goals. - Team Leadership:
Mentor junior procurement staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis and procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed organization.
Preferred
- Master’s degree or CPSM/CPM certification.
- Experience in U.S. and international procurement.
- Knowledge of supply chain finance and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (advantageous for global collaboration).
