The Staff Product Manager, Digital Menu Boards serves as the strategic technology partner for Taco Bell’s digital menu board (DMB) solutions, DMB integrations, and DMB strategic initiatives across 7,500+ restaurants. This role bridges vendor management, product ownership (software and hardware), and project execution, ensuring our DMB ecosystem operates seamlessly to deliver measurable impact for Taco Bell. Reporting to the Director of Digital Product, this leader plays a critical role in modernising our most critical commerce channels.
Day‑to‑Day- Define and evolve the DMB ecosystem strategy, solving ambiguous, high‑impact problems across content, hardware, and in‑store experience at enterprise scale
- Own the end‑to‑end product vision and roadmap for digital menu boards, ensuring alignment with broader Taco Bell digital and restaurant technology strategies
- Drive cross‑platform integration strategy across DMB, CMS, POS, and marketing systems to enable seamless, scalable in‑store experiences
- Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives spanning engineering, marketing, operations, and external partners, driving alignment and execution without direct authority
- Shape vendor and internal roadmaps, influencing investment decisions, platform direction, and long‑term capabilities
- Manage the technical relationship with the DMB vendor, including QBRs, SLA performance, and escalation management
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of DMB systems to support business‑critical operations across thousands of restaurants
- Translate business and operational needs into technical strategy, defining prioritised work streams and guiding execution across internal teams and vendors
- Drive measurable business impact, including improvements in revenue, speed of service, and customer experience
- Partner as the technical expert in a cross‑functional squad dedicated to digital menu innovation
- 8+ years of experience in product management, vendor management, or related roles with proven success delivering enterprise‑scale digital solutions
- Strong experience managing third‑party vendors, including QBRs, SLA performance, contract management, and influencing product roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to lead end‑to‑end product development, including defining requirements, prioritising backlogs, and partnering with engineering and QA teams through the full software lifecycle
- Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms, with the ability to interpret architecture diagrams and technical documentation
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives and delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects on time
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), with strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills

Salary Range: $137,900 to $162,300 annually plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
