The Senior Community Relations Representative supports operations of 1,000 units or more. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move‑in and move‑out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns.
- Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customers’ needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
- Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
- Provides on‑boarding and training support to new team members.
- Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google suite
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Salesforce, Real Page or Coupa is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience
Work Experience:
- 1 - 3 years
- Travel between communities may be required daily.
- Valid California driver’s license; maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)

Base Pay Range: $25.14 - $30.87
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
