- Process a wide variety of customer quotes utilizing various methods and meeting all requirements
- Nontechnical Support of internal and external customers in regards to quoting
- Work with internal partners in the US and Germany (Global HQ) on clarifying delivery schedules, pricing, promos/deals, and configurations
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the order process, achieve joint goals, and solve problems related to quoting and order processing. These teams include service, contracts, product management, finance, and others
- Take ownership of quoting process, ensure quality and efficiency through the entire process
- Special projects related to quoting and general lean process improvements
