Order Management Specialist - Irvine, CA or Coppell, TX

We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Order Management Specialist to join our team in the Irvine or Coppell areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive customer service attitude, and possess the ability to work independently while playing an active role in a cohesive team environment. This is a hybrid position requiring occasional time in the office.

• Process a wide variety of customer quotes utilizing various methods and meeting all requirements
• Nontechnical support of internal and external customers in regards to quoting
• Work with internal partners in the US and Germany (Global HQ) on clarifying delivery schedules, pricing, promos/deals, and configurations
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the order process, achieve joint goals, and solve problems related to quoting and order processing. These teams include service, contracts, product management, finance, and others
• Take ownership of the quoting process, ensure quality and efficiency through the entire process
• Special projects related to quoting and general lean process improvements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Operations, or other relevant fields
• Familiarity with SAP C4C (CRM) or other major CRM system is a plus
• Understanding of quote-to-cash cycle and business operations teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and basic formulas)
• Strong communication skills via email and phone
• Extremely detail-oriented and effective organizational skills
• Ability to self-manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to root cause issues
• Process oriented with interest in continuous improvement and learning
• To be considered, candidates must be located in the US and have valid US work authorization.

The total compensation for this position is $25-$35/hr total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location, and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure, and job-related skills.
