Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations
Located in the vibrant city of Irvine, CA, our company offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst to make a significant impact in the medical device manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in driving operational performance and efficiency through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
As a Business Analyst in Manufacturing Operations, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting manufacturing and supply chain data. Your insights will support data-driven decision-making and operational improvements across our regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Extract, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from SAP ERP, Siemens MES, and other systems.
- Develop operational reports and analytics on inventory, production performance, and more.
- Utilize SAP and Siemens MES systems to retrieve and analyze manufacturing data.
- Develop automated reporting solutions and executive dashboards.
- Collaborate with teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Manufacturing Analytics, Operations Analysis, or related areas.
- Strong experience with SAP ERP and Siemens MES systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL Query Development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Experience with AI-driven analytics tools.
