Compliance Specialist, Business

WSH Management, Inc. Careers seeks a Compliance Specialist to support our Legal & Regulatory Compliance team in our multifamily and affordable housing portfolio. In this resident-focused, service-oriented role, you will monitor adherence to LIHTC, HUD, and other housing regulations; conduct resident file and lease audits; prepare compliance reports; and support Fair Housing and regulatory training. You will collaborate closely with site teams to resolve findings, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold WSH's standards of integrity, accountability, and high-quality community management.
