Sr. Associate Manager, Franchise Engagement

Taco Bell -  - Responsibilities:
Lead franchise technology engagement activities across Taco Bell Digital & Technology, including governance forums, communication cadences, stakeholder alignment activities, and operationalization of franchise engagement processes.;
Partner with PMO, Operations, Product, Engineering, and D&T leadership teams to translate portfolio updates, roadmap priorities, and initiative status into franchise-facing communications and engagement materials.;
Manage strategic communication and presentation development for FRANMAC meetings, Technology Governance forums, and cross-functional leadership discussions.;
Coordinate franchise engagement readiness activities for major technology initiatives, ensuring communications, stakeholder alignment, and supporting materials are prepared and delivered effectively.;
Support continuous improvement of franchise engagement workflows, governance processes, and operational routines that improve transparency, consistency, and organizational alignment across the D&T portfolio.;
Develop executive-ready presentations, reporting, briefing materials, and communication content that support Digital & Technology leadership engagement with franchise and cross-functional stakeholders.
