Operations Intern

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Orange County preferred)

Duration: 2 Months (July 1st - Sept 1st)

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Compensation: $20/hour end of contract bonus

Potential Full-Time Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Operations & Growth role following the internship, with full-time compensation starting at approximately $50,000 annually

Homigo is a fast-growing technology startup focused on building modern operational infrastructure. This internship is designed for ambitious individuals who want real startup experience, meaningful responsibility, and direct exposure to business operations and growth strategy. Interns will work directly alongside the founder/CEO and contribute to core operational initiatives.

• Support operational and onboarding initiatives
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and service providers
• Manage CRM organization, lead tracking, and pipeline updates
• Assist with operational reporting and data analysis
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
• Support customer and partner communication workflows
• Assist with expansion and growth initiatives
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic and operational projects
• Contribute ideas to improve internal systems and execution

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking professionally over phone, email, and text
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter mindset with ability to take initiative independently
• Interest in startups, operations, growth, business strategy, or entrepreneurship
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic data analysis
• Experience with social media marketing
• Professional, confident, and solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, operations, leadership, or outreach is a plus
• Familiarity with social media, lead generation, or startup environments is a plus
• Current college student, recent graduate, or equivalent experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
