Employee Benefits Analyst need for an Insurance Agency located in Irvine, CA

• HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am
  -5:00 pm
• DURATION: Direct Hire
• WORKPLACE: Hybrid Remote schedule offered; three days working remote, two days in office.
• PAY: Depending on experience, this position can pay $72,000 - $95,000 per year.
  • To qualify for $85,000- $95,000 the qualified candidate must have a minimum six years recent experience working as a Benefits Analyst and stable job history (meaning 3+ years or more at current and/or past jobs).

This role requires the Benefits Analyst to be good with numbers and MS Excel!

• Preparing RFPs to market
• Carrier proposal analysis
• Contribution modeling
• Benchmarking
• Claims/utilization reporting
• Depending on experience, certain Analyst levels become more client-facing

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  Finance, accounting, analytics experience.
• Active CA Life/Health license preferred.
• EPIC experience a plus!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines independently.
