The Senior Manager, External Manufacturing MSM Operations a key member of the Surgical Vision Supply Chain team, responsible for leading productivity initiatives, materials management, and supply continuity efforts across the end-to-end Surgical Vision supply chain. This role ensures continuity of supply and customer service by proactively identifying opportunities to improve cost, service, inventory, and materials flow while resolving critical supply disruptions through strong cross-functional leadership.

This position requires a strong understanding of the business segment and end-to-end supply chain, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across Plan, Make, Engineering, Source, Deliver, IT, Quality, Regulatory, and External Manufacturing to strengthen strategic reliability and risk management processes. Reporting to the External Manufacturing Director, the Senior Manager Material Supply Management and Productivity Lead will be responsible for managing the J&J Vision External Manufacturing Raw Material Network and delivering on productivity targets in strong collaboration with all functions that constitute E2E Supply Chain.
