PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $24.04 /Hour

The New Stores + Events Coordinator is responsible for working closely with other business partners including store operations, marketing, planning and e-Commerce team to provide administrative support and ensure execution of sponsor ships and store openings, from soft open to grand open. Duties include evaluating/selecting sponsorship opportunities, event planning and day-of execution, relationship management, internal resource coordination, invoice tracking, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

In addition, this position will support new stores in the planning and execution of grand openings, relocations and rebrands.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Field sponsorship requests and upon acceptance, plan and execute level of participation
  • Communicate Boot Barn's involvement/sponsorship of events to stores and other business partners
  • Fulfill partnerships and advertising assets for print, digital ads, email marketing, and all sponsored content
  • Compose quarterly post-event reports with final sales data, attendance, and store feedback on large local event
  • Assist Boot Barn in maintaining relevance and authenticity in the community
  • Collaborate with email team to ensure accurate promotion of event marketing details or promotions
  • Track all event invoices and reconcile any discrepancies prior to processing
  • Manage sponsorship email inbox
  • Prepare holiday competitive analysis summary
  • Plan, execute and communicate grand opening celebration activities for new stores and relocations
Additional Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, employees, corporate partners, and vendors
  • Demonstrate high level of quality of work, attendance, and appearance
  • Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures and Safety Regulations
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal employment laws
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
  • Travel up to 20% of the time based on business requirements
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
