Business Process Specialist III in Global Supply Chain. Reporting into the Associate Director of Logistics and Supply Planning’s Center of Excellence, you’ll utilize a combination of analytics, problem solving, project management, and leadership skills to improve customer experience, reduce costs, promte quality, and optimize our global inventory management. This role is highly cross functional and is expected to lead initiatives with partners horizontally and vertically within Logsitics, Transportation, Supply Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Commercial, Manufactuing and other functional teams.
You’ll Make An Impact:
- Define and lead complex global initiatives across the organization that deliver meaningful results in customer order fufillment, inventory reduction, cost savings, and other strategic goals.
- Drive accountability within LSP by cascading goals and developing the appropriate milestones, KPIs, and update cadence to ensure success; work with leaders to develop root cause and corrective action plans when goals are off target.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate sources of variation and waste using problem solving methodology/ tools including DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, etc.
- Collaborate cross functionally across global supply chain, commercial , and business group to support projects and initiatives driving alignment and engagement from stakeholders and contributors.
- Support strategic decision making by gathering key information, preparing analytics, developing presentations, and aligning key stakeholders to the proposal.
- 8 years expernce in Supply Chain role preferable within the medical device or healthcare industry as well as a Bachelor Degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field.
- Work indepently on projects and initiatives; communicates when support is needed.
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes and systems.
- Ability to analyze data and processes to create meaningful action and improvement plans.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, a flexible approach to problem solving, and an eagerness to collaborate and build a strong network of relationships.

Compensation:The estimated base salary range for this position is $117,900 – $162,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
